Family Life Academy Charter School MS

Family Life Academy Charter School Middle School (FLACS-MS), a replication of Family Life Academy Charter School-I (FLACS-I), opened its doors to 100 kindergarten and first grade students in September 2012, in the Mott Haven section of the Bronx. Each subsequent year, the school has added one grade level.
FLACS MS students, regardless of their background, will develop into accomplished scholars, successful individuals and strong community-minded citizens. FLACS MS aims to achieve national recognition for its innovative educational programs, accomplishments in engaging community partners, exceptional teachers, and sound fiscal and management practices. From this belief of educating the whole child, we have created a school that both replicates the best practices inherent to FLACS-I and adopts some practices that are unique to FLACS MS.
