Company Overview
Founded in 2005 in Salt Lake City, UT, HighMark School Development is a premier end-to-end facilities solutions provider for new and existing charter schools. The Founders created HighMark to assist parent boards and other grass-roots organizations in the development, organization, and construction of premier school facilities.
In June of 2008, Stephens Capital Partners invested in HighMark and is currently a majority owner.
